Hello HubSpot team!
My name is Benjamin Kleinert and I’m the founder of LGVTY — a business to help people optimize physical performance while reducing injury.
In this session, you’re going to learn how to correct poor laptop posture with a few exercises you can do throughout the day.
If you’re like most individuals that find themselves working at their computer for extended periods of a time, you’ve begun to notice the effects this has on your health and well-being.
Some individuals begin to experience neck and shoulder pain while others wake-up with low back pain or soreness.
The Agenda
Here is the schedule for our 30 minutes together.
- 5 minutes – Quick introduction
- 20 minutes – A handful of stretches and light exercises focused on spine health. You’ll learn how to decompress, stretch, strengthen, and optimize the health of your spine.
- 5 minutes – Q&A
During the 20 minutes of light stretching and exercise, I’d suggest having a small bit of space on the ground. A yoga or exercise mat is helpful, but it’s not necessary.
